We provide both Commercial & Residential Services:
Commercial – window cleaning, pressure cleaning, garage cleaning, metal cleaning, glass restoration, bird proofing & more.
Residential – window cleaning, pressure washing, deck cleaning & sealing, siding cleaning, gutter cleaning & more. Please see our website for our full scope of services.
How can I schedule an appointment?
It’s simple! You can either call our office at (301) 258-9750 or email us through our website and one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you shortly.
Do you provide free estimates?
Our Customer Services Reps provide approximate estimates over the phone for Residential services. On line Residential service estimate are coming in the immediate future!
For Commercial services, estimates and demonstrations are free of charge and need to be scheduled through our office, but inquiries are taken on our website.
What happens if it rains on the day the windows at my home are to be cleaned?
We closely monitor the weather conditions. If it is raining lightly, work goes on as scheduled. If there are heavy downpours, we will call customers to reschedule.
Do you do Residential repairs?
This is asked for decks & gutters. We do not do any repairs however, if we see a nail popped on a deck or gutter, we will tap it in. If there are gutter guards, we will move them, clean the gutters and tap them back into place.
Are your workers fully insured?
At KEVCO, we are bonded and insured for your protection as well as ours. We have the most comprehensive policy in the Industry; KEVCO carries over 7 million in liability insurance.

We accept Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and cash.
