Paige Rice
Paige is the new Residential Operations Coordinator at Kevco Building Services, bringing strong leadership and customer service experience to the team. Before joining Kevco, she served as the Front of House Director for a large restaurant chain, where she led a team of over 30 employees and kept daily operations running smoothly, especially during high-volume hours. She also improved shift scheduling, helping reduce staffing conflicts and ensuring consistent coverage across all hours.
Paige holds a B.A. in Spanish Language and Literature from Shepherd University and an A.A. in Foreign Language (Spanish Concentration) from Hagerstown Community College. With a background that blends team leadership, operations, and communication skills, plus a passion for creating great experiences. She’s excited to bring her energy and organization to Kevco’s team.
