Is Kevco Insured?

Yes, KEVCO is bonded and insured for your protection. It is not recommended to hire someone to perform services in or on your home if they are NOT insured for liability reasons.

All of our employees are uniformed and our trucks are lettered, so our customers, both commercial and residential, know exactly who is coming to your office building or your home to provide services.

What Is Your Service Area for Commercial Services?

KEVCO is the largest provider of exterior maintenance services in the Washington, D.C., Maryland and Northern Virginia areas; however, depending on the size and scope of the work to be performed, we travel to Baltimore, Delaware, and New York, and we’ve gone as far south as Florida.

What Is Kevco’s Residential Service Area?

KEVCO provides residential services mainly in the Montgomery County, Maryland area, Washington D.C. Depending on the size and scope of services, we will go to areas of Northern Virginia, such as Arlington, Alexandria, McLean, Tyson, and Fairfax County.

What Size Commercial Jobs Do You Do?

We have large-scale jobs and we have smaller buildings as well – large or small, high rise or ground level, we do it all.

What Size Residential Jobs Do You Do?

We do everything from single-family homes to townhouses to apartments and condominiums (job cost minimums involved). There is no job too small or too large – our residential division is 3,500 homes and growing each and every day.
